Payment Policy

At ARYA ION & ARYAION CONTROL PRIVATE LIMITED, we aim to provide flexible and secure payment options for our customers. Please review our payment terms and conditions below:

We accept the following payment methods:

• Online Payment Gateways: Razorpay, Cashfree Payments (all major credit/debit cards, UPI, wallets, and net banking supported).

• Cash on Delivery (COD): Available for selected products, subject to order value and location. COD Charges may be extra as charged by the courier.

• Payment Against Proforma Invoice (PI): Customers can request a PI and make payment via bank transfer or cheque before dispatch.

• 100% Advance Payment: Required for certain products (chemicals, standard equipment, small systems).

• Split Payments for Plant Installations: For large water treatment plants (ETP, RO, DM, etc.), payment is accepted in milestones, typically:

• 70% Advance (Order Confirmation)

• 20% Before Dispatch

• 10% After Successful Installation & Handover

• Subject to change order to order depending upon the availability of materials and location of commissioning.

• Pay-in-cash and takeaway available from our physical warehouse.

• All payments must be made in INR (₹) unless otherwise agreed for international orders.

• International customers may pay in USD/EUR (details provided in PI).

• Prices are exclusive of GST, shipping, and installation charges unless specified.

• Online transactions through Razorpay and Cashfree are 100% secure and encrypted.

• We never store your card or banking details on our servers.

• Cash payments (COD/installation) must be made only against official receipts.

• Customers will receive a payment confirmation email/SMS after successful payment.

• For PI payments via bank transfer, customers must share the UTR/transaction ID with our accounts team.

• Orders will not be dispatched without payment confirmation.

• In case of split payments for installations, delays in scheduled payments may cause installation hold until dues are cleared.

We may update this Payments Policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with the updated date.

Since our website is hosted on Wix, online payment processing is also governed by Wix and the chosen gateways (Razorpay, Cashfree).
