Refund & Return Policy

Introduction

At ARYA ION & ARYAION CONTROL PRIVATE LIMITED, customer satisfaction is our priority. We aim to deliver high-quality water treatment plants, equipment, and chemicals. However, if you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, please review our Refund & Return Policy below.

Time Frame

  • Requests for returns must be made within 48 hours of delivery with proper proof and documents.

  • After the mentioned time frame, we cannot accept any return or refund request.

Refunds

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days via a payment method is suitable for both.

  • Shipping charges, handling fees, and installation charges (if applicable) are non-refundable.

Damaged or Defective Products

  • If you receive a product that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us immediately with photos/videos as proof.

  • We will either replace the item at no additional cost or issue a refund.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Custom-fabricated systems (MS vessels, packaged plants, etc.)

  • Water treatment chemicals once opened.

  • Items damaged due to mishandling, improper installation, or unauthorized modifications.

  • Items with physical damage.

Exchange Policy

Exchanges are allowed only for defective items and subject to product availability. Shipping charges along with RTO to be paid by the client (if the item is already left our warehouse).

Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for paying the shipping cost for returning the product, unless the product is damaged/defective at the time of delivery.

  • Returned items must be securely packed to avoid transit damage.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this Refund and Return Policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with the updated date.
