Looking for industry ready water?

Industrial operations use water for heating, cooling, production, cleaning and as a raw material. Untreated water causes scale, corrosion, microbiological growth, product defects, frequent downtime and non-compliance fines. Proper treatment prevents these issues and reduces lifecycle costs.

Scaling just 1 mm thick in boilers can increase fuel consumption by up to 10%.

Why industries need specialized water treatment?

Industrial operations use water for heating, cooling, production, cleaning and as a raw material. Untreated water causes scale, corrosion, microbiological growth, product defects, frequent downtime and non-compliance fines. Proper treatment prevents these issues and reduces lifecycle costs.

    • Automated monitoring (conductivity, ORP, pH).

  • Treat wastewater to meet statutory limits or enable reuse.

    • Primary (screening, oil removal, equalization)

    • Secondary (biological: MBBR/SBR/Anaerobic)

    • Tertiary (sand filters, RO, disinfection, advanced oxidation)

    • Large-scale softening and process water treatment.

    • Effluent management to meet discharge norms.

Working Principle

Considering a full treatment train:

  • Screening & Pre-Treatment

    • Removes large particles, grit, and debris using strainers/screens.

  • Coagulation & Flocculation (if raw water is surface water)

    • Chemicals (alum, PAC, polymers) added to combine fine particles into larger flocs.

  • Sedimentation / Clarification

    • Flocs settle at the bottom, producing clearer water.

  • Filtration

    • Sand/Multimedia Filter: removes suspended solids.

    • Activated Carbon Filter: removes chlorine, odor, organic impurities.

    • Iron Removal Filter: removes dissolved iron & manganese.

  • Softening

    • Ion-exchange resin replaces calcium/magnesium with sodium to reduce hardness.

  • High-Purity Treatment

    • Ultrafiltration (UF): removes colloids and microbes.

    • Reverse Osmosis (RO): reduces TDS, heavy metals, and dissolved salts.

    • Demineralization (DM/EDI): produces ultra-pure water for boilers/pharma.

  • Boiler & Cooling Tower Conditioning

    • Dosing systems add antiscalants, oxygen scavengers, corrosion inhibitors, and biocides.

  • Disinfection

    • UV, Ozone, or Chlorination to kill microorganisms.

  • Effluent Treatment (ETP/STP)

    • Biological treatment for organic matter.

    • Tertiary treatment for final polishing.

    • Treated water reused or safely discharged.

Note: We do not manufacture boiler or cooling towers or provide any type of civil works. We take care of the water treatment part only.

How We Work

1

Site survey or water test — we analyze feed water (TDS, hardness, iron, turbidity, organics).

2

Proposal & process flow diagram — we size equipment and present options. We provide quotation with all the necessary information.

3

Delivery and Installation - after successful placement of order, we ship the materials. In a few days, as per the schedule, our team visits the site and installs the plant.

4

After Installation:

  • Warranty applicable as per proposal.

  • AMC can be added.

  • You get your desired quality of water.

How to Operate

  • Start-Up

    • Check raw water source & pump priming.

    • Open inlet valve, power on system.

    • Ensure filters/softener/RO are properly backwashed & regenerated.

  • Operation

    • Monitor pressure gauges, flow meters, and control panel.

    • Ensure dosing pumps (antiscalant, chlorine, etc.) are working.

    • Observe treated water quality (TDS, hardness, pH).

  • Shutdown

    • Turn off feed pump, close valves, and flush system if required.

    • For RO: perform chemical cleaning (CIP) when pressure drop rises.

Maintenance Guide

  • Daily:

    • Record flow, pressure, pH, and TDS readings.

    • Check chemical dosing levels.

  • Weekly:

    • Backwash sand and carbon filters.

    • Regenerate softener resins with brine.

  • Monthly:

    • Inspect membranes, clean strainers, check pump lubrication.

  • Quarterly:

    • Service dosing pumps & calibration.

    • Inspect electrical & automation panels.

  • Yearly:

    • Replace worn-out resins, membranes, filter media (as per condition).

    • Perform a full system audit.

Pro Tips for Long-Term Performance

  • Always test raw water quality before treatment design.

  • Do not skip backwashing/regeneration — clogged media reduces efficiency.

  • Maintain correct salt level in softener brine tank.

  • Pre-treat iron and turbidity before RO to protect membranes.

  • Keep chemical dosing consistent — skipping doses can damage boilers/cooling towers.

  • Store membranes & resins properly during shutdown.

  • Sign up for an Annual Maintenance Contract (AMC) for worry-free operation.
