Shipping Policy

Introduction

At ARYA ION & ARYAION CONTROL PRIVATE LIMITED, we are committed to delivering your water treatment plants, equipment, and chemicals safely and on time. Please review our shipping and delivery policy below.

Shipping Coverage

  • We deliver across India and also handle international shipments (subject to feasibility and compliance).

  • For international deliveries, customs duties, taxes, and import regulations are the buyer’s responsibility.

Processing Time

  • Orders are usually processed within 2–5 business days after confirmation of payment.

  • Due to supply issues, natural disasters, unforeseen circumstances etc some orders might get delayed. We will update the clients accordingly. If needed, they can connect with us anytime with their Order ID for updates.

  • Items that are not in stock, pre-orders, factory orders may take longer if they impose any delay.

  • Inward transportation delay or supply chain delays may impact order processing or shipping time.

  • Custom-made systems (ETP, RO plants, DM plants, MS vessels, etc.) may require additional manufacturing time, which will be communicated during order confirmation.

Delivery Timeline

  • Standard delivery time within India: 5–17 business days (depending on location and logistics partner).

  • Custom orders may take longer.

  • International delivery time: 10–20 business days, subject to customs clearance. The time mentioned is only applicable for in-stock items. Courier delays are not included.

  • Delivery delays from the logistics or courier company is not at our scope.

Shipping Charges

  • Shipping costs are calculated based on product weight, dimensions, and delivery location.

  • Any additional handling, installation, or express delivery charges will be communicated before dispatch.

  • The deliveries are handled by Xpressbees, TCI Express, Gati, VRL and aggregators like Shiprocket.

  • For International Shipments, third-party-shippers are taken into account.

Order Tracking

  • Once shipped, customers will receive a tracking number via email/WhatsApp/SMS.

  • Orders can be tracked through our logistics partner’s website or app.

Delivery Guidelines

  • Customers must ensure the delivery address and contact details are accurate.

  • For large equipment/plant deliveries, customers must ensure unloading arrangements at the site.

  • If the delivery is missed due to customer unavailability, re-delivery charges may apply.

  • In case of failure to accept delivery, the delivery charges cannot be refunded. If the item is RTO-ed.

Damaged or Missing Items

  • Please inspect your order at the time of delivery.

  • In case of visible damage, shortage, or missing items, inform the delivery personnel immediately and contact our support team with proof (photos/videos).

  • In case of courier mishandling, we are not liable for the loss in most of the cases unless backed by the courier company.

International Shipping Notes

  • Customs duties, import taxes, or additional clearance fees are not included in our shipping charges.

  • Delays due to customs clearance are beyond our control.

We may update this Shipping Policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with the updated date.
