Warranty Policy

Introduction

At ARYA ION & ARYAION CONTROL PRIVATE LIMITED, we stand by the quality and reliability of our products and installations. To ensure customer satisfaction, we provide warranties as outlined below:

Warranty Coverage

  • Water Treatment Plants (RO, ETP, STP, DM, Softener, Iron Filter, etc.)

    • Standard warranty: 12 months from the date of installation or 14 months from the date of dispatch, whichever is earlier.

  • Packaged Drinking Water Plants & Specialized Systems

    • Warranty: 12 months from installation, covering manufacturing defects. For parts, warranty is provided by the manufacturer. Please read the Quotation or ask the Team before procuring to know more about the warranty.

  • Equipment & Accessories (Pumps, Vessels, Valves, etc.)

    • Warranty as per manufacturer’s policy (generally 6–12 months).

  • Consumables (Membranes, Resins, Chemicals, Cartridges, etc.)

    • No warranty; considered wear & tear items.

What is Covered

  • Manufacturing defects in material and workmanship.

  • Performance issues arising due to faulty components supplied by us.

  • Service support during the warranty period (repair/replacement of defective parts).

What is Not Covered

  • Normal wear and tear (e.g., membranes, filter media, resins, cartridges, chemicals).

  • Damage caused by improper operation, negligence, or lack of maintenance.

  • Use of non-genuine spare parts or third-party modifications.

  • Electrical fluctuations, natural calamities, or force majeure events.

  • Consumables and utilities such as salt, antiscalant, chlorine, power, and water supply.

  • Items which is not covered in warranty by the manufacturer.

Warranty Claim Procedure

  • Contact our service team via connect@aryaion.co.in or call us at any of the contact number given at About Us page with details of the issue.

  • Provide invoice/installation proof for warranty verification.

  • Our technician will assess the problem—either remotely or by site visit.

  • If covered, repair/replacement will be carried out at no cost for parts/labor.

  • Warranty claim may be rejected if improper operation or modifications are practiced. In case of usage of such chemicals or consumables which are not recommended may lead to a void warranty.

Warranty Limitations

  • Warranty is valid only if regular maintenance is carried out as per our guidelines.

  • Service must be done by our authorized technicians.

  • Transportation and site visit charges may apply depending on location.

Extended Warranty / AMC

  • After the standard warranty, customers may opt for Annual Maintenance Contracts (AMC) for continued protection.

  • AMC covers preventive maintenance, breakdown support, and replacement of selected parts.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this Warranty Policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with the updated date.
